Our Vision
At SPC Global, we are committed to better food for the future. As one of Australia’s market-leading food and beverage businesses, we’ve been proudly feeding Australian families for over 100 years. With our diverse portfolio—comprising SPC, The Original Juice Co, Nature One Dairy, and Natural Ingredients —we manufacture a wide range of fruit, vegetable, and milk-powder products loved by consumers.
Having established a strong presence in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, New Territories (China), and the Asia Pacific region, we are now poised to take our products to the rest of the world. Our vision is to become a global leader in the food and beverage industry, offering innovative, healthy food options to consumers across the globe.
As we expand, we remain rooted in the values that have shaped our legacy: diligence, ethical business practices, care for our people and communities, and delivering value to our shareholders. We are driven to create positive change through sustainable practices and by building a future where the choices we make today lead to better outcomes for people and the planet tomorrow.
We are proud of our past, excited for the future, and dedicated to ensuring that our products continue to make a difference in the world.
Our Story
At SPC Global, our journey is one of transformation, innovation, and growth. With deep roots in Australia’s agricultural heartland, we began in 1918 as a trusted name in food manufacturing, renowned for our commitment to quality and community.
Today, we are a global leader in agribusiness, delivering a diverse portfolio of high-quality branded products to markets across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, New Territories (China), and the Asia-Pacific.
In 2019, a pivotal chapter began when Perma Funds acquired SPC, marking the start of a bold new era. Since then, we have expanded rapidly, integrating iconic brands and innovative businesses into the SPC Global family. The recent merger with The Original Juice Co., coupled with the acquisitions of Nature One Dairy and Natural Ingredients, has strengthened our position in emerging product categories, enabling us to meet evolving consumer demands with excellence.
A significant milestone in our story came in December 2024, with our re-listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: SPG). This achievement underscores our transformation into a market leader, driven by operational excellence, sustainability, and a vision to create value for all our stakeholders.
Through these milestones, our core values have remained constant. From our “seed-to-fork” approach to our enduring partnerships with farmers and suppliers, we remain dedicated to fostering innovation, sustainability, and quality in every step of our journey.
SPC Global isn’t just about food—it’s about creating a lasting impact. We are building a future where our rich heritage meets the potential of global opportunity, all while staying true to our commitment to excellence, our community, and our planet.
