1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy (Policy) sets out how SPC Global Holdings Ltd and each of its Related Bodies Corporate and subsidiaries (the Company) collect, use, disclose and hold your Personal Information; how you can access or correct your Personal Information that is held by us; how you can lodge a complaint and how we will deal with it. SPC Global Group or ‘we’ in this policy refers to each of the above businesses.
2.YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT
We are subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) (together, Privacy Laws) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and all statutory amendments such as those introducing tiered penalties, a statutory tort for serious privacy invasions, and frameworks for children’s online privacy.
Privacy Laws regulate the collection and use of “Personal Information”, which includes information or an opinion which identifies you as an individual or from which you can be reasonably identified.
We comply with enhanced enforcement measures under the Privacy Act, including increased penalties for breaches and Office of Australian Information Commissioner’s (OAIC) expanded powers to investigate and share information with regulators.

We collect Personal Information by various means, including, but not limited to: when you view our website or social media sites; fill in a form; send us an e-mail; enter a competition or speak to one of our representatives. This information may include (but is not limited to) your name, e-mail and mailing addresses, contact numbers, and date of birth. We may also collect information about how you interact with our websites and social sites to help us to develop and improve them.
We will only collect Personal Information about you from third parties when it is unreasonable or impracticable to collect it from you directly, or when you have given us permission to do so.
If you provide us with certain services, for example as a contractor or consultant, we may collect your Personal Information and, in some circumstances, sensitive information such as driving records or medical certificates.
If you provide Personal Information to us about someone else, you must ensure that you are entitled to disclose that information to us. For example, you should take reasonable steps to ensure that the individual concerned is aware of the various matters detailed in this Privacy Policy and has consented to the collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 without parental consent. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete it. We commit to complying with the upcoming Children’s Online Privacy Code, including age-appropriate practices and enhanced protections.
